The Parish Pastor

Pastor Fatai Kasali was born to a muslim family in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The first time he attended a church service was in 1984; secretly without his family’s knowledge. He met Jesus and gave his life to Christ in a church called Gospel Faith Mission but later joined the Christ Apostolic Church. He was baptised with water in the Spring of Salvation Church where he rose to the position of a Sunday School Bible Teacher.

Pastor Kasali holds a Master Degree (MSc) in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He also holds an advanced Diploma in Theology from Christ Redeemer College, under the accreditation of Middlesex University, London. He lectured for some years in the mechanical engineering department of the Polytechnic of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Pastor Kasali and his family relocated from Nigeria to Lesotho, a country in Southern Africa. During his time in Lesotho, he worked as an expatriate teacher under the Teaching Service Department. He was used by God to found RCCG, Glory of God Parish, Lesotho and a church nursery school in the town of Mafeteng, Lesotho.

To the Glory of God, Pastor Kasali founded the Glory of God Parish, Bristol in January 2006.

Pastor Kasali is passionate about spreading the gospel of Christ. He has written several books. He is an area Pastor under the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He is married to Pastor (Mrs) Taiwo Oluwakemi Kasali. They have 3 sons, David, Daniel and Divine.

Pastor Kasali is a visionary and a lover of practical Christianity. He is a mentor and a father to many. His greatest belief is that one of the biggest weapons that God has given to man to influence his destiny is the power of PRAYER. He is also a marriage counsellor with a philosophy that marriage is the cornerstone of society: unless marriages succeed, the society has no bright future. He places extra-ordinary value on family which is also very prominent in his teachings. He is a blessing to many.

Assistant Pastors


Mr Kwame Ababio

Assistant Pastor Kwame Ababio was raised up by devoted Christian parents in Accra Ghana. He eventually relocated to the United Kingdom to further his professional education in Marketing with the Chartered institute of Marketing U.K. He became a committed member with the RCCG Glory of God Parish Bristol branch until he was appointed as the Assistant Pastor and in 2015, was ordained as a Minister. He is married to Mrs Bernice Ababio and they have been blessed with three wonderful children, Daniel, Derrick and Donald. His wife is also very committed and serves in various areas in the church. He is an Affiliate fellow with the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. He and his wife are currently training to become Public and Environmental Health Consultant at the University of West of England.

Mr Yomi Adetayo

Assistant Pastor Yomi Adetayo is a qualified chartered Accountant(ACA)/Economist. He also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Taxation of Nigeria (ACIT). AP Yomi started his working career with A.G Leventis (Nig) PLC as a Management Trainee and rose to the position of the Company Financial Accountant. He left the company in 1998 to join an Audit firm as Audit Manager where he worked briefly, before joining the Civil Service of Ogun State Government in 1999 as a Principal Inspector of Taxes. In 2004, AP Yomi became the head of Internal Audit, office of Accountant-General, Governor’s office, Ogun state Nigeria. In 2006, he left the service of the Ogun State Government and decided to relocate to the United Kingdom under the Migrant programme called Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP). He has since then been working in the public sector and as a Consulting Accountant to many private businesses, individuals and not-for-profit making organisations in UK.

A devoted Christian and lover of God’s word who spends time working for the development of God’s work. AP Yomi is a minister of God in the RCCG Glory of God Parish Bristol, UK. He is married to Sister Abiola, and blessed with two lovely children.


Ministers

The ministers of RCCG, Glory of God Parish, Bristol support the parish pastors in distributing the gospel of Christ. They assist in prayer, preaching and offer advice about the affairs of the church. The Ministers are the backbone of the Pastor and assist in making vital decisions relating to the church.

Mrs Tolu Kiroro
Tolulope Helen Kiroro has a degree in Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology. She has been a dedicated member of Glory of God Parish of RCCG Bristol for 10 years and currently heads the Children’s Ministry. She enjoys reading and listening to inspirational messages. She is married with 2 children.
